Summer Pregnancy Yoga, Meditation, & Dance!

Calling all pregnant mamas!  Join me this summer for prenatal yoga, dance, and meditation at Heartmanity, one Sunday evening (5-8 pm) each month.
(June 12, July 10, August 14 2016)
Practice an active Kundalini-inspired yoga set to stretch, tone, and strengthen your changing body as well as restorative postures to rest, relax, and renew. Learn world dance moves to facilitate a more comfortable pregnancy and an easier birth. Participate in a meditation to balance the brain, clear the subconscious mind, and welcome the cycle of birth into your body. Share a cup of tea and conversation with other expecting mamas and find your tribe.
New mamas with pre-crawlers are also welcome in this workshop, but please know that it will be geared more towards pregnancy than postpartum.
Instructor Gloria Overcash has been teaching yoga to expectant mamas since 2008. She is certified in teaching Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga and Dancing for Birth (TM) in addition to her certifications in teaching Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.
