Manifesting a GONG for Blissful Family Yoga

Sat Nam!  I am pleased to announce a GONG FUNDRAISER to benefit the beautiful people of Bozeman!  I’ve started an online GoFundMe campaign to raise money to purchase a gong to play during classes, workshops, and private sound healing sessions.  If your life has been touched by attending any classes I’ve offered, please consider paying it forward by participating in the purchase of this powerful instrument of transformation which will undoubtedly bring healing to many residents in our community.

There will also be a Prosperity Workshop & Gong Fundraiser at  Your Yoga on March 23, 1-3:30 pm, with all profits going to the gong fund!

The sound of the gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from the torrent of thoughts our mind releases, and it stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning.  The gong impacts the body and it’s meridians. It releases blocks, reduces tension, and stimulates circulation. The result is a reorganization of the emotional energy and feelings that are tied into the body structure.

(excerpted from The Aquarian Teacher)

“The sound will carry you beyond your fears. The pressure (of the vibration of the gong) will release the nervous system of many illnesses… To regenerate the parasympathetic nervous system, nothing is more powerful than the sound of the gong.” –Yogi Bhajan

I love this photo of my son having his first gong playing lesson at age 5 with Karta Purkh Kaur!

  1. One of my experience with the healing sound of the Gong was in Colorado. I had been traveling and arrived in Colo to visit family one day we went into a little shop and as we walked in we greeted the owner and she looked directly at me and told me a small gong is in the isle behind us go over you need to use. The healing sound current balanced me I could feel calm and relief within. Amazing and beautiful.
