Click on the link above to view the flyer for a new series at Montana Lotus Yoga on Monday evenings in December.  I’ve hand selected some of the best Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations to target stress and fatigue in a holistic manner while recharging the body, mind, and spirit.  We’ll work our adrenals and kidneys, fight brain fatigue, strengthen our navel chakra to become more productive in life, bring in sunny energy into our lives, recharge ourselves, and balance ourselves so can be calm in the face of stressful situations.  We will end the series with a beautiful healing meditation.  Please contact me to register or feel free to drop in if you prefer.
