“Blissful Mamas” Postnatal Classes

You might be wondering when would be a good time to start coming to class after birth. Yogic wisdom suggests that a mother should stay home with her baby for 40 days after the birth in order to bond and create the foundation for a good relationship. Not that you can’t exercise, but you would ideally stay home, take it pretty easy, and just do some stretching to keep yourself flexible. My personal advice is to also use that time to let your body heal, work on toning the pelvic floor, and closing up any diastasis (see link on sidebar) before coming to class.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any further questions and to sign up for the classes. A new schedule will be posted in September. (406) 595-2547
