Classes are held at Birth Place, 820 N Wallace, Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 9 am. Classes are 1.5 hours long.
Your first class is FREE! So please come check it out and find out if this is the right class for you.
After that, you may purchase a package of four classes for $50 ($12.50 per class), or drop-in for $15 each time. Pregnancy tea and snack afterward is included in the cost of the class.
A sliding scale is offered to low-income mamas. No mama will ever be turned away due to lack of ability to pay. I also occasionally trade services. Recent trades include photography and massage, and I am open to other trades as well. Just ask!
One perk I offer to moms who buy a package of prenatal yoga classes from me is a free first time BodyTalk session with my husband, Josh Overcash, CBP. (A $65 value) I have seen firsthand the amazing results this modality brings, and it is completely safe and beneficial for pregnancy. BodyTalk can help keep your body and mind balanced throughout the changes pregnancy brings, ensure that you and your baby are absorbing essential nutrients, help deal with complications, and so much more. Truly it is a system that must be experienced. If you like your first session, Josh is happy to give you half-price sessions for the remainder of your pregnancy and 3 sessions postpartum. Why are we giving so much away, you might wonder? We know through our own experiences and from past students’ experiences how well yoga and BodyTalk complement each other, and we want you to have the healthiest, most positive childbearing year possible.

I’m so looking forward to yoga this morning! After last Saturday’s class I felt better than I do after a chiropractic session! And I continued t0 feel great throughout the week! Very excited to know that through yoga I’ll be improving my body’s alignment and in turn my baby’s in-utero alignment! Thanks, Gloria!
